Joe Panvini at McCarthy Law in Scottsdale | AZ

Joe Panvini has been committed to protecting the rights of consumers his entire career.  Prior to joining McCarthy Law, he worked at two other law firms where he focused on litigation under consumer protection laws, such as the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, Truth in Lending Act, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and Telephone Consumer Protection Act.

On behalf of consumers in both individual and class action lawsuits, Joe has successfully briefed and argued complex consumer law issues in both state and federal courts in Arizona and across the country.  Joe takes pride in earning excellent reviews from his clients:

“Joe Panvini did an excellent job in getting my case resolved. He never gave up and kept going until I finally received a settlement. Thank you Joe, you are an attorney I can depend on.”

“Any consumer involved in an aggressive debt collection situation already feels vulnerable but when an educated, articulate person cannot actually communicate with a collector and is treated disrespectfully as is the case so many times; it is a step of faith to reach out for help to any agency or lawyer that you can only hope doesn’t exacerbate the situation. Mr. Panvini . . . not only effectively resolved my debt settlement but continued to represent me in an actual case ending in a favorable judgement against a stereotypical debt collector involved in stereotypical practices that usually weaken and overcome the average consumer. . . . Mr. Panvini . . . was professional and honest from beginning to end. He kept me abreast of the status of my case, without ever being condescending or abrupt with me, even when I considered giving up out of fear of losing . . . . Because of [him], this potentially costly and demeaning experience was not only resolved to my satisfaction, but without a doubt exceeded my expectations.”

Joe received his law degree from the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University in 2010.  During law school, Joe served as a mediator in the Maricopa County Justice Courts, and worked for the Arizona Attorney General and at the Arizona Senate.  Joe is admitted to practice in Arizona and Washington, as well as numerous federal courts across the country, including the Ninth and Eleventh Circuit Courts of Appeals.  He also enjoys trivia, traveling, and New York Rangers hockey.
