Jacob Hippensteel at McCarthy Law in Scottsdale | AZ

Jacob Hippensteel focuses his practice on consumer protection and business litigation.  Jacob regularly assists clients by ensuring that their rights as consumers are protected under Federal and State consumer protection laws. Jacob also represents diverse business clients including restaurants, residential property management groups, and businesses within Arizona’s medical marijuana industry. Jacob regularly advises clients on a wide variety of issues, as well as protecting those client’s interests in federal and state courts.

Jacob received his law degree from Whittier Law School. During law school, Jacob excelled academically – graduating with honors and receiving CALI Excellence for the Future Awards in Business Associations, Business Associations Practicum, Business Transactions, and Evidence Law. Jacob was also a member of the Trial Advocacy Honors Board and competed nationally in both Trial Advocacy and Negotiation competitions.

Prior to attending law school, Jacob received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Grand Canyon University.  Jacob was a student-athlete at Grand Canyon, and a 4-year captain of the Men’s Lacrosse team.  Jacob occasionally gives back to his alma-matter by providing color commentary for GCUtv broadcasts of Men’s Lacrosse games.
