Joe Panvini has been committed to protecting the rights of consumers his entire career.  Prior to joining McCarthy Law, he worked at two other law firms where he focused on litigation under consumer protection laws, such as the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, Truth in Lending Act, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and Telephone Consumer Protection Act.

Joe received his law degree from the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University in 2010.  During law school, Joe served as a mediator in the Maricopa County Justice Courts, and worked for the Arizona Attorney General and at the Arizona Senate.  Joe is admitted to practice in Arizona and Washington, as well as numerous federal courts across the country, including the Ninth and Eleventh Circuit Courts of Appeals.  He also enjoys trivia, traveling, and New York Rangers hockey.
